Headphone Finder Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Headphone Finder iOS app ("the app"), published by Sedo Studio Limited ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

What the app does

Headphone Finder helps you locate misplaced Bluetooth headphones by scanning for nearby Bluetooth signals and showing how strong the signal is. As you move, the app tells you whether you are getting warmer or colder. It is a helpful tool, not a guarantee that a lost device will be found.

What the app cannot do

The app works from Bluetooth signal strength alone.

It cannot show direction. It cannot point an arrow at your headphones or tell you which way to walk, and it cannot tell you how far away they are in metres. Bluetooth headphones do not broadcast their position, so no app can do this — including Apple's own Find My.

The app also cannot find headphones that are switched off, out of battery, or outside Bluetooth range. Results are affected by walls, furniture, people, other electronic devices, and local radio conditions.

Licence

The app is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

This agreement is between you and Sedo Studio Limited, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide any support or maintenance for it.

Sold as-is

The app is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we aim to make it reliable and useful, we do not guarantee that it will work in every situation or environment, and you use it at your own risk.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of England and Wales.

In-app purchases and subscriptions

The app offers two optional purchases, sold separately:

• A one-time purchase of £9.99 to unlock the proximity radar. This is not a subscription and does not renew.
• An auto-renewing subscription of £4.99 per month for left-behind alerts.

The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.

Prices are shown in the app in your local currency and may vary by region.

Refunds

All payments and refunds are handled by Apple. If you need a refund, please contact Apple Support directly. Sedo Studio Limited cannot process refunds itself.

Acceptable use

Please use the app only to find headphones and other Bluetooth devices that belong to you or that you have permission to locate.

Changes to the app or these terms

We may update the app or these Terms of Use from time to time. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page, along with its last updated date.

Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
